If you would like to schedule a Garage or Yard Sale at your home, please comply with all City requirements. I have attached a link to the form that the City of Pilot Point requires prior to the sale.

Occasional Sale Permit

The Homeowners Association has no specific requirements for Garage/Yard Sales, other than to adhere to the standard Community Rules and Regulations as set forth in the Governing Documents.
