Developer / Construction Updates

The amenity center and parking lot have been considered an active construction area which is why we still have not opened the center up to the public for use. As you are aware, the City listed certain requirements that the construction manager is working towards completing.

Please see the following updates as provided by the construction team:

• Sidewalk repairs are complete.
• The stacks of bricks, piles of dirt/sand and stone benches are being removed from the parking lot.
• The enclosure for the pool equipment was completed 12/3/2025.
• After the last storm, water blew into the amenity center. Additional and improved weatherstripping for doors was added.
• Base boards with water damage should be installed by Friday of this week.
• The Dog Park Water Fountain has been installed.
• Holiday lights will be installed around the amenity center prior to the Holiday Celebration on 12/13.
• Internet is in process.

If everything moves forward accordingly, the amenity and fitness center will be open to the community by early next week.
