Amenity Center and Pool Update

We’d like to provide an update on the Amenity Center and Pool:

• Amenity Center – The building is complete, and the developer is awaiting final city inspections before receiving the Certificate of Occupancy. Landscaping is approximately 95% complete, and the area behind the pool will be hydro- mulched/seeded. Internet installation is in progress, and indoor furniture is being purchased.
• Pool – The pool deck is complete, and plastering is scheduled for the end of this week. Outdoor furniture is also being purchased.
• Dog Park & Playground – The dog park is complete. Playground installation is finished and is awaiting its safety inspection.

If all inspections pass without issue and no unforeseen delays occur, we aim for completion of the Certificate of Occupancy (CO) around Labor Day.

Once the HOA takes possession, Essex will keep the pool open as long as possible for the season. We will announce the opening date and the process for obtaining pool access on the HOA website.
