Pool Construction Update

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide you with an update on the ongoing pool construction project.

Currently, the building exterior work, specifically the masonry work, is underway. Simultaneously, the interior construction, including painting and other finish-out tasks, is also taking place. Once the masonry work is completed, the builder will commence construction of the pool area. This phase will include, but is not limited to, the pool deck, pool excavation, installation of pergolas, and fencing. In addition to the pool, a workout facility is included in the amenity package.

These updates are based on the latest information from the contractor representative. We anticipate having the pool delivered by late spring or early summer. A follow-up report will be provided during the upcoming Townhall Meeting, which will be announced early next week.
